WARRANTIES 
Option #1 (see restorations) – Carries a 3 year warranty, excluding the original
compressor.
Option #2 (see restorations) - Carries a 3 year warranty on the entire machine, including the compressor. 
Partial restorations that include a new compressor, carries a 3 year warranty.
* Warranty work will not be completed with out the original bill of sale. The bill of sale will specify all warranty information.  
PAYMENTS 
All  full restoration projects require a down payment equaling 1/3 of the total purchase price. Partials require 1/2 down. The remainder is due at the completion of the restoration. We ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL!!.   
We also accept Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders.  
* A $50.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks  
LAYAWAYS 
We do offer a lay-a-way plan. It requires a down payment of 1/3 of the total purchase price and the remaining balance is divided into monthly payments, not to exceed 6 months. Extensions are accepted with prior approval. Except with prior approval, if payments are not made, the initial down payment will be forfeited. All other payments will be refunded.  
SHIPPING/HANDLING 
If you choose to have us arrange for all your shipping needs, you will benefit from our company discounts. We do not profit off of our customers to ship their machines.  If you are located within 250 miles, you can take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off service. We here at Be-bop Joe's will perform all your shipping needs at a fraction of the cost.  Call for details and pricing.  (703-606-0498) 
* Damages – Any damages that occur during the shipping process must be reported to the carrier immediately. Make sure to inspect the shipment upon pickup/delivery and write down any damages that you may see. DO NOT sign the delivery bill until you do so. Contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in the claim process.  
PRICING 
Call/Email for availability and pricing. Some companies attempt to justify their high prices by claiming they are performing a far better restoration than others. If you want a complete restoration and do not wish to pay enormous prices, then give Be-Bop Joe’s a call. We take pride in what we do and our restorations speak for themselves. At Be-bop Joe's LLC, we encourage you to do your research and shop around. We are confident that after you have done your homework, you will say "Be-Bop Joe's is the one for me."  
Diner Furniture 
Warranty: All of the products we carry are manufactured by reputable companies. If you have a question about the warranty or quality of a specific product please feel free to call or e-mail and we will be happy to answer all questions. 
Shipping: All orders ship ASAP. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all products except furniture. Furniture will have a 5-10 week delivery time. All merchandise is shipped Fedex or UPS ground, except furniture. Furniture may be shipped by a private carrier depending on the size of the items. Be-Bop Joe's is not responsible for making unloading arrangements. All shipping charges will be computed at time of checkout according to weight. This generally computes to about 10% of the purchase price. 
Backorders: We try to ship all orders out complete, however due to circumstances beyond our control items are occasionally out of stock. When this does happen we do not backorder orders totaling less than $50.00. Product must be reordered at a later date. 
Damages: Unfortunately due to the nature of the business and the type of products we carry this does occasionally happen. If it does you need to notify us within 48 hours from time of receipt. Also please save all packaging so that it can be returned to us. 
Returns: No returns will be made on any purchases without authorization from one of our sales associates.  All shipping charges related to authorized returns are the be paid by the purchaser, not Be-bop Joes. The items will be inspected prior to issue of credit. Deposits made for the purchases are non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any processing associated with the purchased item. All furniture items are made to order, thus there are no returns unless there are damages or made differently than ordered. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
